General Club Noticeboard

Congratulations to the winner of the Graham Fearn Trophy. The competition took place on Sunday 21st August and was won with a fantastic score of nett 65.

1st - Mick Cannon - 79 - 14 = 65

2nd - Stan Stevenson - 77 - 8 = 69

3rd - Nick Scragg - 90 - 21 = 69

There was one other great score from James Narey, who shot 73 - 10 = 63nett. However James is unable to win the competition as he is still a junior member.

Lady Captains Day Away at Chesterfield on July 28th proved to be a very emjoyable day. Twenty six ladies played golf and twenty seven attended in the evening. We were very well looked after, both by the Hollinshead coaches and also the staff at Chesterfield Golf Club. The weather left a bit to be desired but the course was in lovely condition and the evening buffet was excellent. All in all - a wonderful day out. The results were as follows;-.
