MEMBERS UPDATE
This is a belated BIG THANK YOU to Shirley Brindley, Jill Sherratt, Steve Hilton and Kev Mountford for helping with our recent weeding party. The path from the club house to the hut and under the benches now looks much tidier. A special thank you goes to Kev who put in 3 hours. An excellent job done!! Maybe the coffee and biscuits helped!
As we all know gardening is never ending so here’s hoping we can gather occasionally to keep the grounds tidy. All help is welcome. If you have any ground cover, plants, shrubs etc that can be used please let us know.
I also thank David Ratcliffe who has agreed to help Colin Shaw, Steve Hilton and Karl Jerseykowski with welcoming societies. A great team that will ensure Westwood G. C. is well represented whenever we host visiting societies to our club.
