Ladies Halloween Competition

Sunday 30 October 2016

The secret meetings, whispered conversations, texts, phone calls and numerous trips to the shops by Lady Captain Shirley Brindley and Competition Secretary Gill Juggins came to fruition on Sunday 30 October 2016.

Halloween came a day early this year for the ladies of Westwood Golf Club as the course was transformed with ghoulish delights and treats, where a witch and the grim reaper lurked in the trees causing screams and mayhem as the ladies made their way around the front 9-holes.

Thank you to all the gents who were on the course, both members and guests, for putting up with the disruption and joining in with the fun.  Big thanks to all the ladies who joined in, your enthusiasm made it all worthwhile.

The Lady Captain certainly ended her year with a bang or should I say scream.

From Gill Juggins, Competition Secretary
