EVENING RECEPTION

 

Our evening celebrations usually start around 7.30pm with the buffet being served between 8.00 and 9.00pm.  The bar will close at 12am and music will end at 12.30am.

In the interest of food hygiene, buffets will be cleared away by 11pm.

In addition, staff will be unable to provide any bags/containers should you wish any remaining food to be taken home.

 

 

WEDDING CAKES

 

Our staff will be pleased to cut your cake for you if required.  However, this must be pre-arranged with the Catering Manager.

Santiano Sauvignon Blanc                -       Chile                                

 (Intense aromas of citrus along with herbal accents and a touch of minerality.

A well balanced Sauvignon Blanc with a fine structure and a clean finish.)

 

Basking Lizards Chardonnay             -       Australia 

(A medium bodied wine showing lemon and lime flavours along with tropical fruits.

The wine has a creamy mouth feel along with fresh acidity as well as good length and persistence)

 

Pinot Grigio Principato                    -       Italy

 (A fresh, dry white with gentle floral and citrus aromas. Crisp and delicate on the palate

with lightly honeyed fruit balanced by lemony acidity and a fresh, dry finish.)

 

 

 

Red

Santiano Cabernet Sauvignon            -       Chile

 (The wine is full-bodied and lively, with good structure and spicy tannins.

The mint accent carries through on the medium-long finish.)

 

Basking Lizards Shiraz                     -       Australia                         

 (The wine is of deep red colour. The nose is reminiscent of blackberry and liquorice

with a cracked pepper spice overtone.)

 

Wandering Bear Merlot                     -       California USA                        

(Fruity and lush beyond belief. So easy to drink it is scary. This wine is sumptuous and full with plum,

cherry and vanilla. A gorgeous combination)

Pinot Grigio Blush Principato           -       Italy

 (A pale rusted rose colour. Delicately scented peachy, floral characters on the nose.

Juicy, ripe berry fruit fill the palate with good acidity and an off dry finish.

 

Winston Hill Zinfandel Rosé -       California USA        

(A bright and juicy wine bursting with red berry flavours. This wine is luscious and fruity, rounded off with a hint of

strawberries and cream.)
